Mohamed is a solution architect with 15+ years of experience architecting complex software systems — the kind that have to run at scale, around the clock, without excuses. Before Kingsmen, he spent his career designing the sort of infrastructure most small businesses never get access to.
His edge is a systems way of thinking: he doesn't see a business as a pile of tools, but as one connected system — leads flowing in, decisions being made, handovers happening, hours quietly leaking out. So instead of patching problems with another app, he architects the whole flow end-to-end: from the first enquiry to the booked call to the finished job, with automation doing the heavy lifting.
